The hawk
All the children stand on one side of the room, except for two children who are the hawks. The hawks decide on a colour and then say, “Under the wings of the hawk!” The other children respond, “What colour?” The hawks then say the colour they have chosen. The children who are wearing that colour can safely walk to the other side of the room. The children not wearing that colour must try to run to the other side without being caught by the hawks. Anyone who gets caught becomes a hawk for the next round.
