Choose two opponents who fight eachother with swimming foams. All the rules are explained in english, also the points. Try to make them understand which part of the body cannot be touched (like the head) and which part gives more points than an other one.
Divide the group into two equal teams. Each team stands on one side of a line. Mark a “prison area” behind each team — this is where players go when they’re out. The game starts with a ball in the middle. Players throw the ball, trying to hit someone on the other team below the shoulders. If you’re hit, you go to the “prison” behind the opponent’s side. You can get back into the game if: A teammate throws the ball to you in prison and you catch it or you get the ball and hit someone from the other side. The game continues until one team has all players in prison, or until time runs out.
