Siting in a circle, the children are presented with the topic of the lesson.
The children sit in a circle and talk about the topic of the previous week.
In silence, the children have to represent a concept to the rest of the class.
We assign a concept to each corner of the room, the children must decide where they want to be.
Place the flashcards in a circle on the floor. Each child sits by one flashcard, except one child, who stands in the middle. The child in the middle says two hobbies (for example, reading and playing football). The children sitting by those two hobbies must stand up and change places — before the child in the middle takes one of their spots. The child left without a place becomes the new person in the middle. The game then continues with the new child calling out two hobbies.
